Kalbarri Air Charter is a 7 day operation and has flights available most days. Some Flights require minimum numbers so please express your interest via this web page and we will 'build a flight for you' to match the time you spend with us in Kalbarri.

Our booking office is located at 62 Grey St Kalbarri, or you may book at the airport (when a pilot is in attendance)

Cancellation policy

25% deposit required to reserve seat.  Seats to be paid in full at time of booking or within 2 weeks of departure.  Cancellations  less than 7 days No refund.  Deposits non refundable. except flights cancelled due to weather,  mechanical failure or minimum numbers not met a full refund will be given.  Minimum and maximum numbers are at the discretion of the operator.  Flights already commenced no refund.  No refund for flights missed due to lateness.  Check in 30 minutes prior to departure.  Infants flying for free restricted to one per family.  Max baggage 3kg per person ie camera, water bottle, towel, bathers.
